Request a Licence
Before you can deploy Dr Migrate via the Azure Marketplace, you'll need to obtain a licence. Select the tab that best describes your organisation.

As an authorised Dr Migrate partner, you have access to dedicated partner resources and support channels. If you are an eligible Microsoft partner, you can request 90-day licences for your customers at no cost.
Request 90-day Licence¶
- Get Dr Migrate Certified: At least one team member must be fully certified to deploy Dr Migrate
- Customer Qualification: Check if a licence has been used during FY27 (July 2026 to June 2027), agree on start date, and obtain Microsoft Account TPID
- Request 90-Day Licence: Submit your licence request through the partner portal with all required information
- Licence Processing: Your request will be reviewed by Altra
- Licence Delivery: Receive your 90-day licence credentials via secure partner channels
90-day Licence Requirements¶
Must hold a valid Microsoft partnership agreement and meet Azure Specialization requirements.
At least one person on your team must hold a current Dr Migrate certification before a licence can be issued.
Each customer may receive only one 90-day licence during FY27 (July 2026 to June 2027).
The customer must not have previously used a Dr Migrate licence during FY27 (July 2026 to June 2027).
Dr Migrate is not available in all countries. Contact us to confirm availability for your customer's region.
You will need your customer's Microsoft Account TPID (Global Partner ID) when submitting the licence request.
Microsoft teams (including vendors with access to Microsoft systems) must use the Azure Offer Navigator to request a 90-day Dr Migrate licence for customers at no cost.
Request 90-day Licence¶
- Customer Qualification: Check if a licence has been used during FY27 (July 2026 to June 2027) and agree on a start date
- Customer CSP Status: Check if the customer is CSP managed
- Go to Azure Offer Navigator: Visit https://aka.ms/AzureOfferNavigator ↗ (Microsoft VPN required)
- Select Benchmark TCO: Choose Benchmark TCO to initiate a field-nominated assessment through the Solution Assessment Desk
- Submit Internal Request: Complete the required information in the Offer Navigator
- Internal Approval: Your request will go through Microsoft's internal approval process
- Licence Assignment: Receive your licence through Microsoft's internal systems

90-day Licence Requirements¶
Valid Microsoft employee or vendor credentials are required to access the Azure Offer Navigator.
The request must be tied to an approved Microsoft customer project or field initiative.
All requests must comply with Microsoft's internal security and data handling policies.
You must be authorised to deploy third-party tooling within the customer's environment.
Confirm the customer has not used a Dr Migrate licence during FY27 (July 2026 to June 2027) before submitting.
Each customer is eligible for a single 90-day licence during FY27. Multiple requests for the same customer will be declined.
Purchase Licence¶
After the initial 90-day period, customers have two options to continue using Dr Migrate:
- Purchase Directly within Dr Migrate: Customers can purchase a licence directly within the Dr Migrate platform. Billing is handled through the Azure Marketplace for a seamless experience.
- Work with a Dr Migrate Partner: Customers can choose to work with a certified Dr Migrate Partner. Partners can assist with the purchase process and help customers maximise the value of the platform.
For organisations and individuals seeking direct access to Dr Migrate, you can deploy directly via the Azure Marketplace or request a personalised demo from the sales team.
Deploy via Azure Marketplace¶
End clients can deploy Dr Migrate directly from the Azure Marketplace without needing to contact sales.
- Go to Azure Marketplace: Search for Altra - Dr Migrate and select the Marketplace listing
- Select a Plan: Choose the plan that matches your deployment requirements
- Deploy: Complete the deployment wizard to provision Dr Migrate in your Azure environment
